Fractional Head of Marketing (Fintech | Payments | Web3) We’re looking for a hands‑on, versatile marketing professional to join our group as Fractional Head of Marketing, helping to shape and execute our brand and growth strategy across multiple markets. The position starts as part‑time (fractional) , with the potential to evolve into a full‑time position as the company grows. The working schedule depends on the candidate’s location: Spain/Portugal‑based candidates: afternoons (Europe time) You’ll report directly to the CEO and manage the in‑house designer, while collaborating closely with commercial leads and product teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, versatile, and eager to grow in a dynamic, international fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Design and execute the company’s marketing and communication strategy. Oversee the content and digital presence of the group and its subsidiaries (LinkedIn, websites, PR). Support commercial teams with tailored materials, presentations, and event coordination. Plan and promote the group’s participation in industry events and partnerships. Maintain and update website content (WordPress) and support SEO optimization efforts. Requirements Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Crypto/Web3 industries. Solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media and content creation. Knowledge of SEO and website management (WordPress). Excellent command of Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus). Creative mindset, with solid analytical and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently and coordinating with remote international teams. Experience in event organization or digital campaign management.
