Procurement SR Analyst - Indirect Commodity Management Join Alcoa’s team as a Procurement SR Analyst in Indirect Commodity Management. This role focuses on complex and strategic service procurement, ensuring superior negotiation and high quality of commercial, technical, and contractual aspects. You will lead end‑to‑end service supplier processes, drive risk mitigation, support daily operations, and collaborate closely with operational, engineering, and functional teams. Major Responsibilities Manage services‑addressable spend, leading end‑to‑end procurement of specialized services (engineering, construction, commissioning, and maintenance) and ensuring alignment with scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements. Lead complex negotiations, defining suitable contractual models (EPC, EPCM, Turnkey, lump sum, unit price), applying innovative techniques, managing risks, and engaging multidisciplinary teams. Lead market engagement such as Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and negotiations on a regional basis. Perform commercial analysis of proposals, including deep cost‑structure breakdown, warranties, comparisons, and linking to technical proposals. Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction and supplier performance improvement in critical and complex scopes, renegotiate contracts, and influence functional areas as needed. Provide guidance to ensure procurement strategies align with overall global and regional strategies. What you can bring to this role Graduated in supply management, engineering, business administration, or related fields. MBA or Master’s degree is a plus. Experience in procurement focused on contracting maintenance services. Strong experience conducting end‑to‑end services bids with in-depth cost‑breakdown analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel and data management skills; proficiency in developing executive‑level PowerPoint presentations. Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills. Flexible schedule to accommodate international time zones. Fluency in spoken and written English. Availability to live in São Luís, Maranhão (on‑site position).
