The Indirect Procurement organization is responsible for a broad scope of categories, including professional services, information technology, logistics, maintenance, packaging, MRO, technical services, and equipment, as well as the governance of these processes.

**Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades**:

- Support the development and execution of the **Professional Services**category strategy,ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Lead** strategic sourcing processes**, participating in global and local initiatives, and securing delivery of savings, efficiency, and innovation targets;
- Be reference with **contract negotiations, supplier relationship management and continuous improvement programs**;
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align expectations, build solid partnerships, and promote **value creation** **initiatives**;
- Leverage market insights, data analytics, and internal knowledge to design and implement **best-in-class sourcing strategies**;
- **Implementation and roll** **out** of the outcomes of the **Initiatives**;
- Stimulate and challenge areas on innovation and sustainability initiatives;
- **Conduct the business relations** with main suppliers and internal stakeholders are managed, maintained and developed.

**Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos**:

- Bachelor degree in Administration, Engineering or other relevant disciplines (MBA is a plus);
- Solid experience in **Strategic Procurement**, with proven track record in complex negotiations and category management;
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills across all organizational levels;
- Analytical mindset with** logical thinking, strategic vision, and problem-solving skills** to propose creative solutions in complex scenarios.
- Good familiarity with commercial **contract law**;
- Advanced in written and spoken English;
- Experience with methodologies such as **TCO, cost Breakdown, spend analysis** and **cost drivers.**
