Overview Senior Specialist, B2B Content Strategist (Bangkok Based, relocation provided) at Agoda. Based in Bangkok, open to candidates worldwide with relocation package offered. Role Join Agoda’s B2B Marketing team as a Senior Specialist, B2B Content Marketing to shape the voice of our brand for partners worldwide. Craft, distribute, and manage content across multiple platforms to engage B2B audiences, elevate brand awareness, and drive business results. Responsibilities Content Development and Management: Create, distribute and manage content to attract, engage and retain B2B partners. Website Management: Manage PartnerHub and RocketTravel content with brand, vendors, and business units. Project and Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional projects with clear communication and alignment. Performance Analysis: Track and report content performance; use insights to optimize strategy. Competitive Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis for content opportunities. Social Media Management: Collaborate with PR to publish B2B content and analyze performance. Vendor Management: Onboard and manage external vendors as needed. What You’ll Need To Succeed Minimum 3 years in copywriting, content marketing, or related roles; B2B marketing experience a strong plus, preferably in tech or travel. Exceptional writing and editing skills across formats. Experience with CMS, SEO, website analytics (Google Analytics); CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus. Experience working with design teams on visually engaging content. Solid understanding of digital marketing and UX best practices. Excellent project and time management; multitasking abilities. Strong communication and persuasive writing style; be prepared to share writing samples. Familiarity with tech and travel industries; experience in online travel agency a plus.
