Brazil- Operations- Global Wealth Management**Job Reference #**- BR**City**- Sao Paulo**Job Type**- Full Time**Your role**- Do you have experience and knowledge in the financial market and in control?We are looking for analyst to:- reconcile shareholder movements, ensuring the settlement of all transactions (investments and redemptions)- monitor external requests and collateral holds related to shareholders- support fund cash reconciliation activities and balance monitoring- participate in investment fund events- provide support for internal and external audits- ensure the organization and regular updating of operational documents and regulatory reports**Your team**- You will work in a dynamic and participatory environment with a strong team that will always answer your questions and help you grow professionally and master key fund management skills.**Your expertise**- experience in shareholder control operations- knowledge of key investment fund regulations (CVM, Anbima, RFB and Bacen)- understanding of tax rules applicable to investment funds- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel- intermediate English proficiency (desirable)- ANBIMA certification is a plus- availability to work in São Paulo**About us**- UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
