Our 2300 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades, and spare parts to secure availability and predictability to our customers.Kongsberg Maritime seeks a highly motivated Senior Finance Analyst to ensure accuracy and efficiency in finance activities.Key accountabilities:- Support with Transfer Pricing calculations- Reconcile intercompany transactions- Support the monthly closing processes and reporting- Prepare internal financial reports (P&L - Actual vs. Budget) by department- Manage foreign exchange processes and prepare BACEN reports- Provide support in the preparation of the company’s budgetQualifications / Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Accounting, or Economics- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Previous experience in Accounting or Finance- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills- Excellent multitasking and analytical abilitiesDesired Qualifications:- Experience with MXM systemYou are able to:- Act on own initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results.- Build a useful network with internal and external customers.- Adhere to company rules and procedures and execute plans with commitment and determination.- Analyse complex issues and problems and come up with rational judgments.- communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way.- Co-operation with others, share knowledge, experience, information, and support others in the pursuit of team goals.KONGSBERG is an equal opportunity employer.
