Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades, and support in the aftermarket. Our 2300 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades, and spare parts to secure availability and predictability to our customers.
Kongsberg Maritime seeks a highly motivated Senior Finance Analyst to ensure accuracy and efficiency in finance activities.
Key accountabilities:
- Support with Transfer Pricing calculations
- Reconcile intercompany transactions
- Support the monthly closing processes and reporting
- Prepare internal financial reports (P&L - Actual vs. Budget) by department
- Manage foreign exchange processes and prepare BACEN reports
- Provide support in the preparation of the company’s budget
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Accounting, or Economics
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent multitasking and analytical abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with MXM system
