Logistics Analyst

Tasks
Prepare shipping documentation for products destined for export, preparing, via the System, documents and other documentary information, aiming to meet customer demands, in accordance with legal procedures.
- Issuing the Declaration / Certificate of Origin forms, detailing the list of exported materials, with all components broken down, obeying the premise of 60% of national components, attesting to the origin and production criteria of the goods and aiming at reducing taxes to be collected.
- Check the costs of providing Import/Export services, invoices, collections, among others, posting them via the Integrated System, making them available to the areas involved in the process, for approval and payment.
- Prepare and elaborate, via the System, reports, spreadsheets and various forms regarding the routines of fiscal and technical documentation, ensuring the accuracy of the data presented and contributing to the control and management of the area.
- Follow up on cases of damage to cargoes received in the country, checking the details with the responsible bodies at airports and cargo terminals, in order to trigger the insurance company for the appropriate inspections and the initiation of reimbursement processes to the Company.
- Maintain contact with third parties involved in the technical documentation process (shippers, forwarding agents, legal bodies, etc.), aiming at achieving the objectives of loading / unloading cargo with regard to documentation.
- Carry out the necessary system records and other administrative controls arising from the registration process and the technical documentation of cargo, ensuring the correct filing, addressing and control thereof in accordance with legal requirements.
- Provide support and technical guidance to new users, regarding the processes and respective technical documentation, maintaining a permanent interface with these processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics or similar
- English Fluent
- Office Package
- Knowledge in ERP Systems - SAP will be a differential
