**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to e-commerce platforms and security products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
- Proven experience working on e-commerce platforms.
- Technical support experience in security products is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
- High level of stability and reliability in a remote work setting.
Pay: R$4,000.00 - R$5,500.00 per month
