Overview Employer Industry: Restaurant Marketing and Supply Chain Management Benefits Salary up to $33.65/hour Accrued paid vacation and sick leave 401K program with company match Paid holidays and educational reimbursement Dining discount for you and up to 5 guests Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on marketing and procurement What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage the procurement and production of marketing materials, including collateral, signage, merchandise, uniforms, gifts, and menus Monitor inventory levels and leverage reorders to improve costs, quality, and design in alignment with brand strategy Negotiate pricing and quality for marketing orders Operate fulfillment infrastructure for restaurant marketing materials and assist in troubleshooting inventory variances Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with inventory systems, implementing corrective actions for discrepancies What is Required (Qualifications) Firm understanding of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures within the restaurant and broader marketing communications field Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing inventory Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills College degree How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Ability to think strategically and multitask effectively Detail-oriented with strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, websites, social media, and email #RestaurantMarketing #Procurement #InventoryManagement #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
