Job Summary We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic and collaborative marketing agency. This role is crucial to our client acquisition strategy, focusing on the day-to-day management of paid media accounts and supporting the overall digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals. You will need to be highly communicative and comfortable working with a nimble, fast‑paced team. This is a hands‑on position that requires an ability to make independent decisions on a daily basis while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Take ownership of paid media accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Twitter, including daily budget decisions, performance monitoring, and optimization. Manage basic social media tasks, provide reporting, and handle administrative duties to support agency operations. Act as the primary client point of contact, communicating clearly and confidently, and conducting regular meetings and presentations. Implement and execute digital marketing strategies, providing tactical support and managing campaign details to ensure client success. Utilize expertise in platforms such as Shopify and social ad management tools; experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Iterable is a plus. Conduct reporting and analysis to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Requirements At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in paid media or digital marketing across a diverse range of paid channels. Strong understanding of paid advertising, digital marketing strategy, and data analytics. Direct experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads is essential; experience with TikTok, Twitter, or other paid channels is highly valued. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently and professionally to clients. Curiosity, detail‑orientation, and willingness to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Nice to Have Administrative background in an agency setting (VA‑type).
