**This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work, from home and our office at São Paulo(Brazil)**

As a **Security Operations Manager - Global Protection Services(GPS) LATAM**, you will support with the achievement of team goals by:
- Develop and ensure security operations including travel security, physical security assessments, investigations, event security, crisis management, executive protection, emergency planning, and other security related tasks
- Interact with the global team conducting in-depth analysis of the risk and security framework of the organization
- Conduct accurate and timely risk assessments of company operations to identify threats and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate risk mitigations.
- Lead on all physical security related matters considering a variety of Latin American cultures, history, current political map, and security situation.
**Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success**

Excellent project management skills and experience and the ability to coordinate several projects and lead contributors simultaneously to execute daily duties with mínimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience in an incident, emergency response, or operations watch officer role;
- Extensive previous work, residence and travel in Latin America
- Ability to travel to other offices in Latin America
- Prior analytical experience related to security operations capacity or relevant experience in large, complex environments;
- Administer and support the delivery of business and employee crisis response and emergency communication activities.
**Key Competences**:
- Knowledge of corporate emergency management and security operations strategies;
- Deep knowledge of local security environments and geopolitics across the region;
- Fluency in Portuguese and ability to speak Spanish and English.
