Site Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled security professional to manage and maintain site security operations at our Brazil data center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage physical security operations, including deployment of security policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement post orders and security procedures.
- Investigate site incidents and provide detailed reports.
- Work with security equipment and participate in construction projects.
- Ensure consistent deployment of all required security policies and procedures and participate in recurring site audits and reviews.
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Associate/B.A/B.Sc degree.
- Certifications and Training: BLS/CPR/AED certified, Lenel certifications, conflict resolution training, international or national security certifications.
- Security Knowledge: Basic knowledge on criminal and criminal prosecution laws, experience working with security service providers, ability to perform security risk assessments.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking).
- Able to travel locally and internationally.
- Must have their own car.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft office tools such as outlook, word excel and power point.
- Must be capable of creating and managing key performance metrics.
- Able to work independently with little direction.
- May be required to participate in on-call rotation.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001.
