Imbalance Scenario Engine Design:Design and enhance resilience mechanisms to address and mitigate critical supply–demand imbalances, ensuring operational stability and service reliability. Performance Monitoring:Track real-time operational performance metrics (capacity utilization, SLA compliance, and attendance rates), identifying risks and driving proactive adjustments. Data-Driven Optimization:Leverage data analysis to continuously refine scheduling algorithms, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance overall delivery efficiency.Job Requirements: Relevant experience in marketplace operations, schedule management or spatiotemporal capacity management Data-driven strategist with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL/BI). Proactive ownership demonstrated in dynamic work environments.
