With over 1,000 team members around the world, Keeta is in full expansion — and you could be part of this journeyKnow more: Keeta WebsiteJob Responsibilities:Spatiotemporal Scheduling Strategy: Develop and implement intelligent capacity scheduling frameworks across time and geographic dimensions, providing optimized scheduling targets and actionable insights to 3PL partners.Imbalance Scenario Engine Design: Design and enhance resilience mechanisms to address and mitigate critical supply–demand imbalances, ensuring operational stability and service reliability.Performance Monitoring: Track real-time operational performance metrics (capacity utilization, SLA compliance, and attendance rates), identifying risks and driving proactive adjustments.Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data analysis to continuously refine scheduling algorithms, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance overall delivery efficiency.Job Requirements:Relevant experience in marketplace operations, schedule management or spatiotemporal capacity managementData-driven strategist with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL/BI).Proactive ownership demonstrated in dynamic work environments.Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal).Position Highlights:Opportunity to contribute to the rapid global expansion of Meituan’s delivery business and experience accelerated professional growth.Collaborate with a dynamic, international, and fast-paced team focused on innovation and operational excellence.Join a respectful, hardworking, and supportive environment where continuous learning and teamwork are highly valued.
