Building positive relationships with customers through empathetic and clear communication. **Essential Requirements:** At least 1 year of related experience and/or a relevant degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational abilities. Meticulous attention to detail. Collaborative team player. Commitment to confidentiality. Quiet workspace required.
