**Job Role Overview:** The Customer Service Representative is accountable for delivering exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities include: Addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. Identifying customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and providing effective solutions or escalating when necessary. Ensuring accurate customer records and account information are up-to-date within the system. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and guidance. Building positive relationships with customers through empathetic and clear communication. **Essential Requirements:** At least 1 year of related experience and/or a relevant degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational abilities. Meticulous attention to detail. Collaborative team player. Commitment to confidentiality. Quiet workspace required.
