**Position**:Senior Logistics Analyst**
**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
- Coordinate the overall operation - operational and strategic decisions, not only on a daily basis, but also considering the mid-term / long-term scenario.
- Use key systems such as SAP & TMS, and use them for strategic, tracking, analythical and evaluation activities.
- Influence, track and provide visibility of the financial health of our 3PLS (ex. payment process).
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines for operations and high-risk materials;
- Coordinate, design and track: SLAs, KPIs, assessments and results of the operation;
- Participate in ESH incident investigations / Participate in critical quality reviews;
- Develop strategic and operational processes and projects (PMO or project lead approach) - as Logistics or Customer Care.
- Be a creative force within the team, bringing new ideas and project proposals (continuous improvement).
- Be influential and supportive for the analyst pool - providing guidance, coaching and support (develop leadership skills).
- Control and understand all Logistics systems (parameters, costs, restrictions) and optimization tools.
- Coordinate supplier development (ex. BIDs) and coordinate overall trainings.
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION**:
Graduation education, postgraduate (desirable) or certification in the area of logistics (desirable).
Advanced English / Office / SAP/ Power BI/ MiniTab/ Tableau
Benchmarking experience, Costs management, Technologies in Logistics, Systems and Integrated management Logistics.
