We are looking for ORACLE Cloud Proc - R2A, Remote in Brazil who wants to learn and transform his career.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Must-Have :
  • Broad experience in cloud implementations & support
  • Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)
  • Very good understanding of Brazil related localization in Oracle cloud
  • Good-to-Have
  • Able to work independently with customer
  • Agile way of working

  • Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support
  • Issue resolution and fix
  • Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue
  • Work with Oracle on Service request
  • Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
  • Period close activities
