We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Oracle Cloud Financial Module Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take on new challenges and make a real impact in their career.

As an Oracle Cloud Financial Module Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to our clients. Your main focus will be on resolving complex issues related to the Oracle Cloud Financial Modules, including AP, PO, AR, GL, TAX, CM, FA, and Collection Modules.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in cloud implementations and support, with a strong background in leading Oracle cloud support projects. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to collaborate effectively with end users. Additionally, you should be familiar with global support models and have hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud Financial Modules.

Beyond technical expertise, we're looking for someone who can work independently and collaboratively with our team members. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality results and taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support and guidance to clients on Oracle Cloud Financial Modules
  • Resolve complex issues related to Oracle Cloud Financial Modules
  • Collaborate with end users to understand issues and provide effective solutions
  • Work closely with the Global Support team to ensure smooth issue resolution
