Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to support the expansion and growth of Gene Solutions’ operations in Brazil and across Latin America . This role will be based in São Paulo and will report directly to the LATAM Director . Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual plans for genetic testing products Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities Develop product positioning, value propositions, and brand messaging Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, KOL engagement, etc.) Work closely with medical, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate and compliant marketing content Manage vendors, agencies, and creative resources to ensure timely execution Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Medicine, Marketing, or Business preferred 5+ years of experience managing hospital accounts in healthcare/pharmaceutical sales Familiarity with Brazil’s healthcare system and hospital procurement processes; strong network preferred Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and effectively across cross-functional teams Fluent in English and Spanish both spoken and written Nice to Have Experience promoting molecular diagnostics, oncology tests, or NGS-based products Involvement in market entry or product launch initiatives Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing Industries Biotechnology Research, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Hospitals and Health Care Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Gene Solutions by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
