Visual Design Specialist Key Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Specialist to help us establish a strong visual identity across our social media platforms. As part of our growth marketing and organic social team, this role will involve designing various assets for both organic and paid social media, including carousels, post graphics, stories, and light video edits. Develop visually impactful designs that align with our brand's overall strategy. Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs and bring ideas to life. Collaborate with copywriters, growth leads, and creators to build engaging content that resonates with our audience. Stay up-to-date with emerging creative technologies and design trends. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: A keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Proven ability to design for social performance, balancing brand polish with engaging formats. Basic familiarity with AI design tools and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
