Job Title We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Business Analyst to join our team. About the Role As a dynamic and innovative global platform, we leverage cutting-edge technology to provide fast, reliable, and seamless food delivery experiences. Our mission is to help people eat better, live better. Responsibilities This role involves working with large datasets, compiling intricate data models, and deploying analytics frameworks tailored to business or analytical requirements. You will collaborate with various teams to grasp issues, conceptualize analytics, and translate business problems into technical hypotheses. You will design and evaluate analytical methods, develop and recommend A / B testing, assess model performance, interpret experimental outcomes, and offer data-driven recommendations. In-depth analysis and trend identification are also key responsibilities, involving thorough research of market and industry trends, pinpointing emerging patterns and opportunities, and providing actionable business insights via analytics reports and performance dashboards. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above 5+ years in data analytics, data science, or related fields Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages Experience with ETL processes, statistical analysis, and dashboard creation Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders Possess experience in the Brazil market, with proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English — other LATAM languages are a bonus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is passionate about data-driven decision-making and solving complex customer challenges.
