Responsibilities Define commercial strategy that balances costs, margins, and perceived value. Build and monitor sales KPIs, growing participation with our main clients. Develop sales incentive models to drive engagement and performance across the logistics ecosystem. Support strategic negotiations, increasing value with clients and partners by providing insights and opportunities. Establish and track business KPIs, driving continuous improvement in processes and tools. Define and monitor growth targets across all service categories, aligning with the companys strategic plan. Develop performance frameworks and establish KPIs to measure efficiency, scalability, and profitability. Lead business performance reviews, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Develop strategic projects to enhance user experience, value perception, and competitiveness across categories. Lead and manage strategic projects with clear milestones, deliverables, and on-time delivery. Monitor project outcomes and business results to drive continuous improvement and performance acceleration. Follow Market Intelligence to analyze trends, competition, and customer behavior, turning data into strategic plans. Position the company among main market players through informed strategy. Qualifications Domain Knowledge: Background in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields. Experience in planning, business performance, or strategy roles within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or service industries. An advanced degree in a quantitative field is a plus. Technical Fluency: Strong analytical skills with data analysis and modeling tools (Python, R, SQL, MATLAB). Advanced Excel skills and experience with performance management methodologies (OKRs, BSC, etc.). Excellent communication and influencing skills across stakeholders. Advanced English proficiency.
