Expansion Specialist The Expansion Specialist will be responsible for managing key relationships with restaurant brands, auditing their digital storefronts, and implementing expansion strategies across various marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and rectify wasted revenue in digital storefronts. Develop and implement growth plans for restaurants. Launch and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. Coordinate efforts with retention, design, menu-ops, and analytics teams. Lead business reviews and set strategy for future sprints. Requirements Proficiency in data analysis and Excel. Experience working with marketplace metrics. Ability to prioritize tasks and lead projects. Professional-level English language skills. Bonus points for knowledge of delivery platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, Didi, or Rappi. Additional Information A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to think strategically.
