You oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects led by a team of project managers. You prioritize projects and resources to ensure objectives are met. You may also manage some project(s).

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
  • Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing their budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness, including confirming the completion and consistency of all projects and their readiness to go live
  • Identify, assess and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to global leads when necessary
  • Drive consistency and quality in project execution using the appropriate methodology
  • Communicate program-level reporting and status updates
  • Develop the resources on your team. You will also coach and mentor project managers from other teams to build capability in the organization

Responsibilities


• Performance Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to continually enhance the performance of Network tower work management systems and processes. This includes identifying areas for optimization, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to increase efficiency and reliability.


• Project Delivery Oversight: Lead and manage Network tower projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional MDS and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.


• Data & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive improvements in Network tower performance. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement. Leverage advanced analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets and drive strategic initiatives.


• Change Management: Implement change management processes to effectively manage communication and engagement . Develop communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs to ensure smooth transitions and maximize Network Tower delivery effectiveness.


• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan to continually improve Network tower performance and alignment with business goals. Identify emerging workmanagement and Analytics technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Advanced English

Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of driving performance improvement initiatives and delivering successful projects.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven experience of managing IT Programs and Projects

Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies, with experience leading change initiatives in complex IT environments.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma) preferred.
