Main responsibilities
  • Desenvolver e manter o aplicativo mobile utilizando Flutter, integrando funcionalidades como rotas, mapas, geolocalização e pagamento digital (QR Code, NFC, Pix);
  • Implementar e manter APIs backend com Java Spring Boot, conectando múltiplos serviços e sistemas de dados;
  • Projetar e evoluir a arquitetura da solução, com foco em escalabilidade, segurança e integração contínua;
  • Garantir a qualidade do código com testes automatizados, boas práticas de desenvolvimento e code review;
  • Trabalhar em squad ágil, participando do planejamento e execução de sprints, alinhando entregas às necessidades estratégicas do BRB;
  • Integrar dados em tempo real de transporte público e mapas (Google Maps, Mapbox, OpenStreetMap);
  • Trabalhar próximo às áreas de produto e negócio, transformando requisitos em soluções eficazes e aderentes ao propósito do projeto;
  • Apoiar o crescimento técnico do time, promovendo uma cultura de excelência e inovação;
  • Assegurar conformidade com padrões de segurança digital e LGPD.

Requirements and skills
  • Domínio de Flutter e desenvolvimento mobile cross-platform;
  • Proficiência em Java com Spring Boot;
  • Experiência com integração de APIs REST, microserviços e arquiteturas baseadas em cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP);
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de DevOps (CI/CD);
  • Experiência com gateways de pagamento (QR Code, NFC, Pix);
  • Integração com APIs de mapas e sistemas de rastreamento geográfico em tempo real;
  • Sólido conhecimento em segurança de aplicações e proteção de dados (LGPD).
  • Diferencial: Experiência anterior em projetos de mobilidade urbana ou transporte público. Familiaridade com Big Data e análise de dados em tempo real. Certificações em gestão de projetos (PMP, CSM) ou arquitetura de software (AWS, Azure). Fluência em inglês, especialmente para leitura de bibliotecas especializadas ou comunicação com parceiros internacionais.
