The DBS Leader - Global Marketing is responsible for utilizing the Danaher Business System to develop robust processes and rapid, effective mitigation of problems/issues related to the Marketing function and demand generation. The DBS leader will also be responsible for ensuring followership of existing transformative marketing DBS tools globally.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work with Global Marketing leaders to meet growth goals and deploy new marketing capabilities
- Provide coaching and guidance in the implementation and sustainment of DBS processes and tools.
- Proactively lead root cause/counter-measure resolution of commercial and transactional performance issues.
- Lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams effectively and drive results. Primary functions involved are marketing, sales, service, product management, supplies.
- Drive ever-improving results by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and change management process.
- Support Videojet business functions in developing and achieving PD/Daily Management objectives
- Ensure high DBS penetration throughout the Global Marketing functions through productive kaizen events and seamless integration to PD/Daily Management
- Achieve Problem Solving Process (PSP) Train-the-Trainer Certification.
- Facilitate training and Kaizens as appropriate.
- Benchmark and incorporate best practices for Global Marketing and incorporate cross-opco learnings
