Lead Generation Specialist The Sales Specialist will generate leads, nurture prospects, and close sales for U.S.-based companies in a remote environment. This role involves: Research and identify potential customers through various channels and databases. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to qualify leads. Deliver product or services demos and presentations to prospects via video calls and phone. Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales metrics. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to optimize sales processes. Requirements: 1+ years of related sales experience and/or a related degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Experience with B2B or B2C sales processes. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Software Skills: CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.) Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) Sales Navigator WhatsApp Business Sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.) AI tools (flexible) Languages: English mandatory (C1 level) Spanish mandatory
