**Requisitos**:- Bacherol's degree and enrolled with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);- Strong legal experience, handling with agreements (review, draft and negotiate) and civil lawsuits matters, at a law firm or in-house legal counsel;- Knowledge and experience in negotiating and advising on legal business matters;- Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Power BI);- Lean and innovation thinking;- Great communication skills and positive mindset with high energy;- Strong interest in developing relationships with stakeholders and the Legal Team;- Strategic understanding and thinking;- Teamwork skills;- Analytical skills;- Adaptability and Agility;- Results oriented;- Advanced written and spoken English;**Atividades**:- A professional team, creating value in an open, multicultural, dynamic, and rewarding working environment;- Truly exciting challenges to work within a global environment that provides you with developmental opportunities both professionally and personally;- Our trustworthy attitude creates lasting relationship among colleagues, peers and stakeholders;- Support the company and assist the local Legal Team / Head of the Legal Department with all legal matters, including but not limited to civil lawsuits and agréments;- Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents;- Participate and assist in the negotiations, drafting and implementation of contracts;- Support with day-to-day management of civil lawsuits and extrajudicial notices, handling with the lawsuits matters in close collaboration with the involved stakeholders and the outsourced law firms;- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines / policies and procedures;- Support the execution of the company's projects from a legal point of view.**Escolaridade Mínima**: Ensino Superior
