Key Roles and Responsibilities

As an Architecture & Facility Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to Sales and Real Estate teams on technical feasibility, timings, and costs of projects. This includes executing kick-off meetings and site surveys, developing drawings, collecting technical data, and creating briefing packages for the store planning team.

  • Provides technical guidance to internal stakeholders on project feasibility, timelines, and budget considerations.
  • Manages the execution of site surveys, develops technical documentation, and coordinates with external consultants as needed.
  • Collaborates with various parties to collect layout feedback, ensures alignment with concept guidelines and approved budgets.
  • Oversees the project timeline, ensuring activities are organized and monitored in sequence for construction and POP opening.
  • Monitors project budgets to ensure adherence to initial approved amounts.
  • Servces as a liaison between external consultants and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Conducts formal handovers to sales teams, ensuring seamless transition of responsibilities.
  • Evaluates the quality of implementation and ensures adherence to brand identity standards.
  • Develops and implements global maintenance procedures, manuals, guidelines, tools, and policies to ensure local roll-out within defined KPIs for quality and costs.
  • Manages vendors for facilities services, warehouses, lighting suppliers, and other relevant service providers.
  • Conducts regular audits to ensure distribution look and feel aligns with branding standards.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Intermediate Spanish language skills.
