Overview
Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and facilitating project and task delivery, managing minor issues and risks, while ensuring tasks are completed with regards to the quality standards the PMO team has set for itself, and in the time frame defined by the project.
Responsibilities- To trigger and monitor change requests in the studio.
- To facilitate definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- To lead planning and implementation of own project.
- To assemble and coordinate project staff.
- To manage project budget and project resource allocation.
- To plan and schedule project timelines.
- To define project tasks and resource requirements.
- To be responsible for creating accurate cost estimates for the tasks performed.
- To plan and assure quality assurance for project deliverables.
- To provide updates and reports on projects.
- To communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- To cooperate with other departments and third parties to ensure project completion.
- To prepare the documentation of products, procedures and programs.
- To support Project Managers in more complex projects.
- To propose and implement improvements of products, programs and work procedures.
- BA in Technical, Construction or Engineering field.
- Previous Project Coordinator or Project Assistant experience
- Conceptual knowledge of PM theories, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a very dynamic work environment where priorities often change.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and verbal) at all levels within organization and external parties.
- Excellent administration skills including management of project artifacts and their traceability.
- Excellent organizational skills.
