As part of the Client Marketing team we are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the implementation of key strategic marketing projects for Visa do Brasil. The successful candidate will drive the marketing agenda with major partners focusing on delivering best‑in‑class strategies and execution. This role requires close collaboration with the Client Marketing team as well as cross‑functional teams such as Sales Consulting & Analytics Finance Loyalty and key clients. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and overseeing client marketing strategies and plans ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives that build long‑term partnerships and strengthen both Visa and our clients’ brands in the market. This leader will manage multiple stakeholders, oversee agency relationships and ensure the effective use of Visa assets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong results orientation and proven leadership experience. The Senior Manager must demonstrate the ability to quickly understand the steps required for flawless execution and drive teams toward successful project delivery. This position reports to the Director of Client Marketing Brazil. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the execution of strategic account plans and key marketing projects for major clients. Manage relationships with agencies and partners to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of marketing activities. Facilitate project meetings and track deliverables ensuring alignment among internal and external stakeholders. Monitor the implementation and ongoing results of all marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Serve as the primary interface between internal teams (account executives, product teams, analytics) and external partners (issuers, agencies). Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and accuracy in all communications, marketing materials, and campaigns. Utilize media and research knowledge to manage and optimize marketing campaigns. Lead multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation. Apply strong analytical skills to establish, monitor and report on KPIs and ROI for all initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation, proactively identifying new solutions and challenging the status quo. Promote and support an inclusive environment and diversity of thought within the team and across projects. Additional Skills and Competencies Proven leadership of multidisciplinary and high‑performing teams. Strong business acumen and ability to identify new growth opportunities. Experience managing large‑scale budgets and complex project portfolios. Ability to influence senior leadership and present to executive and C‑level stakeholders. Expertise in risk management and change management within dynamic environments. Advanced negotiation skills with strategic clients and partners. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously. Experience in building and sustaining long‑term client partnerships. Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business results. This is a hybrid position. The expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of work experience with a PhD. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a marketing team (agency or client side) ideally within Financial Services, Technology, or FinTech sectors. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Proven expertise in marketing strategy and project management with demonstrated stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and measuring ROI and other performance tools. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proactive problem‑solving and collaboration skills with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes constructively. Demonstrated commitment to inclusion with experience developing solutions that address diverse audiences. Up to date with the latest digital trends, research, and marketing best practices. Result‑oriented professional able to work effectively in a matrixed, fast‑paced, decision‑making environment. Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
