Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Analyst Description This is a challenging role that involves defining the manufacturing concept for new projects across all development stages from quotation to serial production start. The Manufacturing Engineering Analyst will provide technical leadership to the development team, ensure process definition and documentation, manage capital expenditures and tooling schedules, and secure timely delivery of prototypes and production readiness. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Main Responsibilities Manufacturing Concept and Development: Define the manufacturing concept for new projects, covering all development phases from quotation to serial production start. Provide technical leadership to the development team during project implementation. Analyze and confirm product feasibility. Industrialize the product according to schedule, cost, and quality targets. Process Planning and Design: Define and configure the manufacturing process and production layout, obtaining approval from responsible departments. Create and maintain Bills of Process (BOPs) and process routings. Maintain the project schedule for Manufacturing Engineering tasks, including management of capital expenditures and tooling timelines and budgets. Prepare production tests according to the project timeline. Conduct risk and opportunity analysis with the program team. Ensure and monitor the fabrication and on-time delivery of prototypes or samples for internal and external customers. Implement Lessons Learned from the prototype phase into serial production. Create and maintain the Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) based on the Product FMEA. Review and release product drawings within the Simultaneous Engineering team. Quality, Documentation, and HSE: Ensure preparation of technical documentation related to production equipment and provide it to internal and external interfaces. Participate in the Engineering Change team, managing and implementing actions related to the assigned project. Review customer requirements as part of the Core Team for areas under own responsibility. Support the capital expenditure approval process. Supplier and Procurement Management: Approve and release equipment in collaboration with the development team. Plan launch costs and align them with Project Management. Plan and ensure budget compliance for production equipment (machines and tooling). Delegate and prioritize tasks for the Project Manager within the engineering team. Ensure efficient and fast information flow within the engineering team. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, Materials Engineering, or related fields. Special Courses: Intermediate English. Specialization in welding or materials. Desired Experience and Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Exhaust Systems and OEM environments.
