Language Specialist - AI Innovation

We're seeking skilled Language Specialists to help shape the next generation of generative AI and large language models.

This is a unique opportunity for writers, editors, and linguists to contribute to the forefront of AI innovation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create training data sets for AI models that improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice.
  • Annotate data to help AI models align with human values.
  • Improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure to ensure adherence to linguistic rules and conventions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.
  • Contribute to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.

Key Requirements:

  • Native-level fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and linguistic analysis skills.
  • Deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic subtleties.
  • Research skills and ability to fact-check effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
