About TuringTuring is a leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs and a trusted partner for global enterprises looking to deploy advanced AI systems.They accelerate frontier research with high-quality data, specialized talent, and training pipelines that advance thinking, reasoning, coding, multimodality, and STEM.For enterprises, Turing builds proprietary intelligence systems that integrate AI into mission-critical workflows, unlock transformative outcomes, and drive lasting competitive advantage.Turing's leadership team includes AI technologists from top companies like Meta, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, McKinsey, Bain, Stanford, Caltech, and MIT.We are seeking a highly skilled AI Learning Innovator to elevate our Talent Development programs through AI-driven tools, creative media, and scalable solutions.This role involves rapidly prototyping, producing, and delivering high-impact learning experiences — with a strong focus on video, AI tools, and execution at startup speed.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with video editing and media production tools, proficiency in AI and no-code tools, and the ability to quickly prototype and transform concepts into polished, learner-ready outputs.A background in Learning and Development or Education Technology is beneficial but not required.We value candidates who can work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, communicate complex ideas clearly, and maintain a growth mindset.Key Responsibilities:Media Production: Developing engaging video content and multimedia assets that meet our high standards.Ai-enabled Learning Design: Creating interactive learning experiences that leverage AI to enhance user engagement and knowledge retention.Systems & Templates for Scale: Building scalable solutions that enable rapid deployment and iteration of learning programs.Innovation & Experimentation: Continuously exploring new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve and deliver innovative learning solutions.What Success Looks Like:Consistently produced high-quality videos and media assets that meet deadlines.Successfully implemented AI-powered workflows to reduce manual effort and scale delivery.Talent Development programs enhanced with creative, tech-forward experiences that impress internal stakeholders.A test-and-learn approach: solutions rapidly prototyped, iterated, or sunset as needed.We prioritize collaboration, open communication, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.
