Position Title: Operations Manager Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil Duration: 12+ month contract (maternity leave backfill), Pejota *Please apply with English resume* About The Role LTK is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and scale two high-performing teams: Marketing Operations and Creator Support. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence across our international marketing and merchandising programs, whilst driving efficiency and quality of our creator lifecycle support. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily execution across both functions. You will build scalable processes, manage competing priorities, develop cross-functional relationships, and ensure both teams meet productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance goals. You will serve as a central operational leader—balancing project management, people management, and stakeholder alignment to ensure our international business continues to grow. How You Will Make An Impact Act as the primary operational partner for cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creator Success, Localization, Analytics, and Creative. Maintain strong relationships with regional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure transparent communication and expectation-setting with all stakeholders. Lead, coach, and develop two operational teams: Marketing Operations Specialists and Creator Support Specialists. Oversee day-to-day workload planning, task delegation, SLA adherence, and productivity across both groups. Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance. Conduct weekly reviews, performance tracking, and reporting for team KPIs. Serve as the first-line, in-country people manager. Manage inbound marketing requests ensuring SLA compliance and stakeholder satisfaction. Monitor execution metrics and deliver reporting on accuracy, efficiency and capacity. What You Will Bring To LTK Excellent English language skills (spoken and written). Outstanding communication skills — including clear written communication, structured verbal communication, and the ability to adapt messages for different audiences (creators, marketing teams, product, engineering, and leadership). Highly developed stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence without authority, manage expectations, facilitate alignment, and navigate complex cross-functional dynamics.
