Buscamos um(a) Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps) para atuar de forma estratégica e operacional na área de Customer Success, com foco em planejamento, eficiência operacional, estruturação de processos e escalabilidade.
Essa pessoa será responsável por conectar CS, Comercial, Produto e Financeiro, garantindo previsibilidade de receita, eficiência nos fluxos operacionais e excelência na jornada do cliente.
Principais responsabilidades
- Estruturar, revisar e otimizar processos de Customer Success, desde onboarding até retenção e expansão
- Atuar no planejamento operacional e estratégico da área de CS
- Criar e acompanhar KPIs e métricas como churn, NRR, LTV, CAC, expansão, SLA e produtividade
- Implementar e evoluir práticas de Revenue Operations (RevOps) integrando CS, Vendas e Financeiro
- Mapear gargalos operacionais e propor melhorias contínuas focadas em eficiência e escala
- Estruturar playbooks, fluxos, SLAs e rotinas operacionais
- Apoiar a liderança com dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e análises de performance
- Trabalhar de forma próxima ao time de tecnologia/produto para automação de processos
- Garantir governança, previsibilidade e padronização das operações de CS
Requisitos
- Experiência prévia em Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Planejamento ou Operações
- Forte capacidade analítica e visão sistêmica de negócios
- Experiência com estruturação de processos, indicadores e eficiência operacional
- Vivência com métricas de receita recorrente (SaaS ou modelos similares)
- Experiência com ferramentas como CRM, ferramentas de BI, planilhas avançadas, Jira, Notion ou similares
- Capacidade de atuar de forma transversal entre áreas
- Perfil organizado, orientado a dados e melhoria contínua
Diferenciais
- Experiência em empresas SaaS, legaltech, fintech ou B2B
- Conhecimento em automação de processos e ferramentas de CS
- Vivência em ambientes de crescimento acelerado (scale-ups)
- Experiência com planejamento de capacidade e forecasting
