Mission The Support Engineer L3 provides expert-level technical support on shared Data and AI Foundations components for a client in the automotive sector. The role focuses exclusively on deep technical analysis and resolution of incidents impacting foundations components. Responsibilities Provide L3 support on Data and AI Foundations components. Perform deep technical analysis and root cause investigations. Design and implement corrective fixes on foundations components. Improve robustness, performance, and reliability of shared components. Support L1 teams during complex incident resolution. Document technical issues, fixes, and preventive actions. Contribute to the stabilization and continuous improvement of the RUN. In Scope L3 support on shared foundations components. Deep technical troubleshooting and fixes. Root cause analysis and corrective actions. Stability and performance improvements. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Must Have Strong technical background in application or platform support. Solid development skills (Python or equivalent).
