**Cliente: Empresa de engenharia líder no Brasil em desempenho e bem-estar em edificações.**
**Descrição**:
- Planejar, organizar e coordenar a execução de projetos de Greenbuilding, garantindo prazos, qualidade e metas de desempenho.
- Liderar os Analistas Plenos (Sistemas prediais e Sustentabilidade), promovendo colaboração e sinergia para alcançar os objetivos dos projetos.
- Gerenciar a comunicação com clientes e demais partes interessadas, consolidando alinhamentos técnicos e operacionais.
- Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho dos projetos e da equipe, assegurando a entrega de soluções de alto impacto em conforto, eficiência e sustentabilidade.
- Representar a empresa em eventos, palestras e associações, além de buscar acreditações relevantes para fortalecer sua marca pessoal e institucional.
- Suporte ao gestor de Customer Success, garantindo uma relação fluida entre cliente e equipe.
- Contribuir estrategicamente para o desenvolvimento de soluções inovadoras e sustentáveis.
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos internos e externos da empresa.
**Perfil**:
- Experiência de 3 a 5 anos sobre o escopo de responsabilidades da vaga.
- Experiência prévia em coordenação de equipes multidisciplinares.
- Excelente habilidade de comunicação e gestão de conflitos.
- Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar com foco em resultados e inovação.
- Organização e capacidade de coordenar múltiplas variáveis.
- Bom domínio do idioma inglês (Leitura, conversação e escrita).
- Disponibilidade para residir em Porto Alegre (RS) ou Curitiba (PR).
**Diferenciais**:
- Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gerenciamento de Projetos ou Sustentabilidade.
- Certificações profissionais relevantes (PMP, LEED, WELL, entre outras) ou interesse em obtê-las.
- Vivência em projetos de Greenbuilding ou sustentabilidade.
Disponibilidade para residir em Porto Alegre (RS) ou Curitiba (PR).
Remuneração: de R$ R$ 7.500 a R$ 9.000
