It aims to achieve a turnover of 850 million euros in the same year and exceed the one-billion-euro threshold by 2025.By placing "Positive Innovation" at the heart of its strategy, the Talan Group is convinced that it is by serving people that technology amplifies its potential for society.We are seeking a talented** Back-End Developer**to join our team and work on **IT** projects.**Job Description** WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE**:As a Back-End Developer specializing in PL/SQL, you will play a key role in our FI On-shore team, dedicated to addressing vulnerabilities and obsolescence issues. Your responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and optimizing database solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will work on-site, contributing directly to the success of critical financial systems.**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:- ** Experience**: A **minimum of 3 years** of professional experience in back-end development.- ** Languages**: Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory) and Fluent English.- ** Technical Skills**:- Strong expertise in PL/SQL development.- Experience with Oracle databases.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and CloudBees.- Proficiency with Git for version control.- Knowledge of cloud architecture and infrastructure design.- Experience with ServiceNow processes (RLSE/CHG).- Java programming experience.**NICE TO HAVE**:- Knowledge of treasury and financial systems.- Experience with the SIGOM system.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Develop and maintain robust back-end solutions using PL/SQL.- Optimize and troubleshoot database performance issues.- Collaborate with the infrastructure and front-end teams to design scalable solutions.- Manage and resolve vulnerabilities and obsolescence issues in financial systems.- Monitor and support CI/CD pipelines.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.- Actively participate in code reviews and team discussions to drive continuous improvement.**EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS**:- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.**WHAT DO WE OFFER?**- Permanent and full-time contract with growth opportunities.- Work on-site in a dynamic and collaborative office environment.- Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools.- Career development plans and continuous learning opportunities.- A multicultural and inclusive workplace with international projects.- Benefits such as private medical insurance, life insurance, and flexible remuneration options.**Let’s have a call to explore this opportunity
