8+ years of creative services, production and/or development experience;- 5+ years of producing physical TV or movie production at a network, studio, streaming service, or advertising agency;- 5+ years of experience working directly with high-level talent or creators;- Network of industry professionals and companies to utilize on scripted and unscripted productions including directors, directors of photography, photographers, content creators and producers;- Record of developing and producing world-class content from the idea stage through post-production- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English;- Understanding of marketing, production, or creative department workflows;- Experience leading simultaneous projects across multiple stakeholders and regions;- Experience working with digital asset management tools;- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.Job summaryKey job responsibilities- Collaborate with show producers, writers and creators, line producers, production managers, and creative executives to create scripted and unscripted bonus content experiences for TV shows and movies.- Offer assessments on budgets, production plans, deliverables and schedules.- Manage bonus content projects in development and production for both scripted and unscripted content.- Source and oversee a network of freelance X-Ray producers executing bonus content across Latin America.- Partner closely with internal teams, including development executives, production, post-production, operations and product/tech teams, as well as marketing and PR, to develop content strategies and build innovative customer experiences.- Ensure proper delivery of X-Ray assets and provide operations support for Amazon Studio releases.- Drive process and technical innovation- Travel as required in support of content production.- Effective written and oral communication skills and ability to draft documentation on both vision/strategy and process/procedures;- Experience working across global product and tech teams;- Familiarity with both domestic and international production vendors;- Experience with international versioning and dubbing workflows;- Excellent ability to balance and meet both short- and long-term departmental goals;- Ability to interface with other department heads and clearly distill production needs and contributions.
