- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for aeronautical materials and services;
- Assist and guide business areas in defining the contract scope;
- Lead strategic negotiations focused on cost reduction and mitigation of contractual risks;
- Lead RFP processes and the construction of robust business cases;
- Present cases to GOLleadership, ensuring strategic alignment before contract closures.Requirements and QualificationsMust-have in your toolkit:
- Completed higher education in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields;
- Desired experience in purchasing, service contracting, and/or negotiation. Project management experience is a plus;
- Fluent English (mandatory);
- Intermediate Spanish(desired);

- Identificar y evaluar potenciales proveedores de materiales y servicios aeronáuticos;
- Auxiliar y orientar a las áreas de negocio en la definición del alcance de la contratación;
- Conducir negociaciones estratégicas enfocadas en la reducción de costos y mitigación de riesgos contractuales;
- Liderar procesos de RFP y la construcción de business cases sólidos;
- Presentar los casos a la dirección de GOL, asegurando el alineamiento estratégico antes del cierre de contratos;
Requisitos y calificacionesNo puede faltar en tu equipaje:
- Título universitario completo en Ingeniería, Economía, Finanzas o carreras afines;
- Deseable experienciaen compras, contratación de servicios y/o negociación. Deseable experiencia en gestión de proyectos;
- Inglés fluido (obligatorio);
- Español intermedio (deseable);
- Capacidad analítica,visión sistémica y habilidades de negociación.
