Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e implementar a estratégia de aquisição de compras diretas para a categoria/itens sob sua responsabilidade, em estreita colaboração com a equipe de compras chinesa;
  • Desenvolver e negociar com fornecedores;
  • Liderar projetos de redução de custos;
  • Conduzir negociações com fornecedores e implementar contratos;
  • Coordenar reuniões e desempenho da equipe multifuncional de commodities;
  • Garantir que os fornecedores apoiem as metas da GW em termos de custo, entrega, qualidade e segurança;
  • Liderar o relacionamento com fornecedores e a gestão de desempenho.

Qualificações

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia, Administração de Empresas ou Economia;
  • Experiência em Compras Diretas em empresas multinacionais;
  • Conhecimento e experiência em colaboração multifuncional (Gerenciamento de Categorias);
  • Conhecimento sobre a indústria e produtos do mercado eólico;
  • Comunicação qualificada, incluindo inglês fluente;
  • Habilidades avançadas em PowerPoint, Excel e Word;
  • Experiência com SAP.

Job Title
: Procurement Specialist – Direct Sourcing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the sourcing strategy for direct procurement of the category/items under your responsibility in close collaboration with the Chinese procurement team;
  • Develop and negotiate with suppliers;
  • Lead cost reduction projects;
  • Conduct supplier negotiations and implement contracts;
  • Coordinate meetings and performance of the cross-functional commodity team;
  • Ensure suppliers support GW's goals in terms of cost, delivery, quality, and safety;
  • Lead supplier relationship management and performance oversight.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics;
  • Experience in Direct Procurement within multinational companies;
  • Knowledge and experience in cross-functional collaboration (Category Management);
  • Knowledge of the wind industry and related products;
  • Strong communication skills, including fluent English;
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
  • SAP experience.
