Estamos procurando uma pessoa para trabalhar como Enterprise Sales Executive, com foco em apoiar o crescimento do nosso NPS, mantendo-nos mais próximos de nossos clientes e agilizando o processo de renovação de contrato para aumentar nosso MRR. Esta busca corresponde a um plano de crescimento da área com o objetivo de expandir sua atuação no Brasil e América Latina. Seus desafios e responsabilidades serão: Transformar leads qualificados em clientes, por meio de reuniões, follow up, demonstrações, propostas, etc. Registro de dados no CRM e nos processos de negócios Participar da criação do plano de estratégia comercialEn Aivo estamos revolucionando la industria de servicio al cliente con inteligencia artificial. ¿Nuestra misión? Experiência profissional: Experiência +3 anos em gestão de contas Enterprise. Experiência Saas para B2B. Experiência metodologias de Sales (Spin Selling, Solution Sales, etc). Experiência em trabalho em equipe. Ser uma pessoa flexível e com a capacidade de adaptação a uma empresa muito dinâmica. Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos Excelente oratória e comunicação. Conhecimentos: Gerar um relacionamento com as pessoas envolvidas do projeto. Manter a equipe alinhada com as estratégias e os requerimentos dos clientes (estratégia, objetivos, players). Garantir um uso aceitável da plataforma pelos gerentes de projeto em nome do cliente. Idiomas: Inglês e Espanhol (Desejável)BeneficiosE o que te oferecemos em troca?
