Pricing Sr Analyst
**Main responsibilities**:
- Design and control our portfolio price arquitecture considering different RGM levers (pack pricing, tier strategy, mix);
- Lead pricing strategy reviews considering competition and channel dynamics, price elasticity, trade terms and others;
- Lead topline definition/refresh on monthly forecasts and annual budget processes, working together with Finance team;
- Manage Pricing steps on KC’s innovation processes, interacting with other stakeholders and internal workflows/tools (SAP/Vistex);
- Partner with Marketing/Trade Marketing/Finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are communicated and executed;
- Conduct market analysis to identify and capture Pricing opportunities: price elasticity, profit pool, price index, price/mix;
- Conduct monthly Price Variation analysis (price & mix) to ensure Net Sales and Net Price target achievements;
- Harmonize internal and external information to make value chain opportunities visible.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in pricing.
- Experience in consumer goods
- Pricing knowledge
- P&L knowledge
**Skills**:
- Advanced Excel
- PowerBI (create and use dashboards)
- Knowledge in working with third party information (Nielsen, Scanntech)
