O profissional contratado será responsável por otimizar nossos canais de receita e criar estratégias para novos canais. Deverá mapear todos os nossos funis de geração de receita e criar estratégias para aumentar o desempenho de conversão.
Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições
Desenvolver e Executar Estratégias de Crescimento:
Criar e implementar estratégias de crescimento para geração de receita.Análise de Dados:
Analisar e interpretar dados de usuários para identificar oportunidades de crescimento e otimização.Experimentação e Testes A/B:
Projetar e executar testes A/B para validar hipóteses de crescimento e melhorar a experiência do usuário.Métricas e KPIs:
Definir, monitorar e reportar métricas de desempenho chave (KPIs) relacionadas ao crescimento.Customer Feedback:
Coletar feedback dos usuários e utilizar insights para melhorar o produto e a experiência do cliente.Market Research:
Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar tendências e oportunidades de crescimento.
Principais Requisitos e Qualificações
Experiência mínima de 5 anos em product management, growth hacking e marketing digital.Bacharelado em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia, ou área relacionada.Forte habilidade analítica e experiência com ferramentas de análise de dados (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).Capacidade de tomar decisões baseadas em dados e métricas.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.Capacidade de pensar estrategicamente e executar taticamente.Experiência em desenhar, executar e analisar testes A/B.Mentalidade empreendedora com foco em resultados e crescimento contínuo.Habilidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em um ambiente de equipe multifuncional.
