Senior Graphic

Sinch is seeking a talented, full-time Senior Graphic & Digital Designer to join our brand and content team. In this role, you’ll design and execute engaging visual content, marketing, and promotional assets across various platforms. You'll work within our design system to create digital campaigns, websites, branding materials, presentations, and social media assets. You’ll collaborate closely with our brand, content, multimedia team, and the rest of our marketing department to ensure our designs grab attention, build our brand, and deliver measurable results.
**Responsibilities**:
Design Excellence
- Design on-brand visuals such as blog images, infographics, diagrams, and long-form content assets.
- Build and animate basic HTML5 banner ads.
- Develop user-friendly designs that leave lasting impressions.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all digital assets and platforms.
Brand Development
- Collaborate on brand strategy and development projects, including logo design, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems.
- Contribute to scalable design libraries in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to enhance workflow and consistency.
Campaigns & Collateral
- Design marketing collateral, landing pages, event materials, and branded merchandise.
Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, project managers, and account leads, to bring creative concepts to life.
- Collaborate on PowerPoint presentations and other supporting visuals for internal and external stakeholders.
Curiosity and Innovation
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry standards, integrating fresh and innovative approaches into projects.
- Develop scalable and user-friendly solutions that elevate client and agency deliverables.
Attention to Detail
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality, consistency, and professionalism.
- Review work thoroughly to maintain editorial and visual integrity.
**Requirements**:
- 8+ years of experience in graphic and digital design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Working knowledge of HTML5 for banner ad animations.
- Strong grasp of visual design and user experience principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with wireframing and design systems.
- Must be fluent in English (Reporting directly for a global team)
Bonus Points
- Experience working in-house in a B2B SaaS/technology company.
- Skills in illustration, video editing, 3D, or experiential marketing assets.
- Knowledge of behavioral economics and A/B testing.
- High empathy and collaborative problem-solving skills.
