Job Title: Senior Five9 Engineer This role involves leading complex contact center workflows, IVRs and scripting for multi-site deployments. Implement large-scale Five9 workflows including custom IVRs and scripts tailored to business needs. Lead the technical deployment of multi-contact center systems ensuring high performance scalability and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs. Maintain compliance with emergency response regulations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Five9 platform performance or configuration. Requirements: 3+ years of experience working with Five9 including configuring workflows IVRs and custom scripts. Proven track record of successful implementations for multi-contact center deployments. Strong knowledge of E911 emergency response systems. Experience with RedSky is a plus. Hands-on experience with system integrations e.g. CRM platforms third-party APIs. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud environments and infrastructure design. Familiarity with VoIP SIP protocols and telecommunications systems. Certification in Five9 technologies or equivalent. Outbound dialing experience is a big plus.
