We are looking for a remote Technical Sourcing Specialist based in Latin America with 3+ years of experience and excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and connecting top technical talent — including software engineers, developers, and other IT professionals — through platforms like Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing channels. You’ll play a key role in building and nurturing a high-quality pipeline that drives our hiring success. Responsibilities Proactively source, identify, and engage technical candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles. Partner closely with Recruiters and Resource Managers to deeply understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality leads. Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess technical fit, interest level, and alignment with open positions. Develop targeted search strategies using advanced Boolean logic, filters, and data mining techniques. Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement using internal systems and tools. Stay up to date on market trends, technologies, and sourcing innovations to improve talent pipelines continuously. Represent Velozient’s brand professionally and enthusiastically in all candidate interactions. Support diversity sourcing initiatives and help drive inclusive hiring practices. REQUIRED Experience: Excellent English skills — both written and verbal. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles (e.g., software engineering, IT, data, or product). Proven experience using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Strong understanding of Boolean search, technical keyword targeting, and sourcing best practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Experience: University degree. Prior experience sourcing for North American-based companies. Experience in a growth-stage or entrepreneurial organization.
