Senior Product Developer

We seek an experienced product developer to enhance the management platform of our client, a fast-growing startup that aims to revolutionize the deskless work experience. The platform simplifies operations from scheduling to payroll for 3.8 billion deskless workers globally.
The ideal candidate will create a product that customers love, use daily and find enjoyable, efficient and scalable. Key challenges include developing a responsive UI and selecting the right backend technologies to solve specific product use cases at scale.
- Developing a user-friendly interface that is fun to interact with.
- Choosing the optimal backend frameworks to address complex product requirements effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design, development, maintenance and enhancement of large-scale applications.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define technical specifications and deliverables.
- Writing clean, readable and well-documented code.
- Implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and maintainability.
